This is for Angular, Ngrx, Material2, Typescript and RxJS

Progress:

ngrx V6: upgrade to rxjs 6 and ts2.7 ngrx/platform#926 (since this is blocking a beta upgrade right now)

Notes:

The image cropper now lives at https://github.com/web-dave/ngx-img-cropper. Test for upgrade to Ng6 (this may also be an issue)
