Describe the bug

builder.AddPostgres("postgres")
    .WithDataVolume()
    .WithPgAdmin()
    .AddDatabase("database");

When loading pg admin from the link in the aspire dashboard and then expanding the tree on the left, the UI asks for a password.

It didn't used to do this. It just worked.

Expected Behavior

It should just work as before.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new AppHost with the code above and run it.

My AppHost has some other services registered:

var builder = DistributedApplication.CreateBuilder(args);

builder.AddKeycloak("keycloak")
    .WithDataVolume();

builder.AddRabbitMQ("rabbitmq")
    .WithDataVolume()
    .WithManagementPlugin();

builder.AddRedis("redis")
    .WithDataVolume()
    .WithRedisCommander();

builder.AddPostgres("postgres")
    .WithDataVolume()
    .WithPgAdmin()
    .AddDatabase("database");

builder.Build().Run();

Exceptions (if any)

No response

I can reproduce this on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04) running docker 27.2.0 and Aspire 8.2

Not sure if the required environment variables are all set:

In the case of Postgres we bind a configuration file in.
