Location not displayed when posts are created via micropub

When creating posts via Micropub and its location property, the location is not displayed in this post - because the "Display Text Location" settings defaults to "off".

There should be a way to have "display-location-if-set".

Actually, I'm rewriting this right now. According to WordPress Geodata practice, it should default to displayed in the absence of a statement of public.

I am just noting that I intend to add a hook to generate display text, which Micropub does not do.
