A few pending issues from the upgrade: #1079

  • why does ContextCompat not work?
  • (as a follow-up) why do we pick up two OPGeofenceActivityActions?
  • figure out what is supposed to happen with the bluetooth broadcast and how to get it to work properly even when the foreground service is killed
