The OCI runtime conformance tests are an exhaustive testsuite which tests behavior of an OCI runtime implementation. We should try to pass as many of the tests as possible, and if necessary, document the rationales for any deviations.

Since OCI targets a shared-kernel runtime architecture we do expect some minor deviations from the normal OCI runtime specs.
