precondition

• Create 7.17.18 and upgrade it to 8.13 BC2

Steps to reproduce

• Open Kibana in chrome and edge
• navigate to Get Started page in security app
• expand step 1 and try to full screen the video
• Observed that full screen of video is not working on Chrome and Edge Browser

Additional Result

• Issue is also occuring on 8.13.0 BC2 Fresh instance
• Issue is not occuring on Firefox browser ✔️
• Browser Version details
• Chrome: 122.0.6261.70
• Microsoft Edge: 122.0.2365.52

@karanbirsingh-qasource To fix this bug a change is necessary in core http package because of the following restriction https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Permissions_Policy#inheritance_of_policies_for_embedded_content. It's being actively discussed at the moment with the respective teams. When resolution ticket is known I will link it here. In the meantime putting the ticket status to "blocked"
