It seems like there has been a regression even after this bug was fixed once. It appears to be a regression in 7.10, which I confirmed on master. There are two issues:

  1. Tooltips are not shown across TSVB charts
  2. The indicator in the TSVB legend is not updated when the time marker is updated

As reported on discuss.

I can't tell if this is an elastic-charts bug or a TSVB bug, but maybe someone can figure out the cause.

This is an issue in elastic-charts. I opened a PR and will backport this into 7.10 if possible. See elastic/elastic-charts#993
