Run after and afterAll hooks on process exit

Summary

When the process gets killed and exited, the after/afterAll hooks doesn't run causing the cleanup script for journeys to not get triggered. This would be cumbersome for some tests where the journey relies on IAC kind of tests where a deployment gets spun up for every journey and the user had to manually find and delete the leftovers.
