So it confirm , I never believe when my friend told me the gov/ hacker can control your mobile,UNTILL NOW. They can use your whole phone function. Apps cam pic or video msg send or del. caught the " spy". They counter by deleting all proves. Even my alienware laptop was getting control. So now I have cover all pinhole and even tv. :( . Any other way to prove

Technically it is possible but pragmatically too expensive, imagine the resources they would have to spend snooping on every individual with a phone a laptop or a Telly.

Such technics tend to be used when investigating high profile cases like terrorism on targeted individuals.
