Espressif-IDE is not added to the start menu (IEP-1292)

Describe the bug
I don't like a lot of icons on the main screen so I delete them. If I do this, I lose the ability to start Espressif-IDE.

OS: Win11
ESP-IDF: 5.2.2
Espressif-IDE: 3.0.0
Target: ESP32-S3-DevKitC1-1 (ESP32-S3-WROOM-2 module)

To Reproduce
Look in the start menu under "E" there is no Espressif-IDE.

Expected behavior
That like all other Windows applications, I can start the Espressif-IDE from the start menu.
