Pagination doesn't work with $compileProvider.cssClassDirectivesEnabled(false) #975

The pagination.html template uses `class="ng-cloak", which is a CSS directive.

When releasing an app to production AngularJS recommends setting $compileProvider.cssClassDirectivesEnabled(false) to improve performance, since CSS directives are not recommended to be used.

This breaks pagination, since the ng-cloak class never gets removed.

To fix this, simply remove the ng-cloak class and add it as an attribute!
