Path toward first major release v1.0.0 to be ready for show time at ADMT25

Because #356 :

• introduces numerous breaking changes in the argopy API, especially in the xarray argo accessor
• further introduce preliminary support for standard and research user modes for BGC data

These are important milestones to the team, so we though it would be nice to give argopy a version upgrade to a (long-due) major release: v1.0.0

Our goal is to release v1.0.0 ahead of the upcoming ADMT25 meeting, held from 21 to 25th of October 2024.

On Aug. 27th, we issued v0.1.16

Before the end of September, we'll issue v0.1.17 that will introduce deprecation warnings coming up in the v1.0.0

This v0.1.17 should be the last minor release,
but if further deprecations are to be introduced, we shall release additional minors in the v0.1.* series.

We look forward this new step in the argopy development cycle !
