"Hello World"app is not working on Android 7.0 #14372

I've initialized a new react-native project and it does not work on Android 7.0, but in all other versions (4xx,5xx,6xx, 7.1.1) works normally on avd's.

adb logcat :

Note: I have an app in the Google Play store, and it has reported locks on Android 7.0 for a few days, only on Samsung Sxx devices.

I tried to initialize the project with :

  • "react": "16.0.0-alpha.12"
  • "react-native": "0.45.0",
  • updated sdk android and avd
