功能建议：添加超时设定让QQ后台闲置一段时间后退出非必要服务
备注: QQ/TIM/微信在账号管理页面的 "退出QQ" 的选项，当勾选 “在后台接收消息提醒” 时，QQ会退出非必要服务并将电耗控制到与微信的耗电量基本持平的状态，希望可添加此选项，谢谢！

感觉没有必要，而且这个功能不是此模块应该去做的，不做处理
