@mpsOxygen most likely. Last commit was more than 1.5 years ago and I've heard there were problems with migrating it to new datacenter.

Yes all replacements are open source. I know the topic came up on the fedora infrastructure list not so long ago, but I don't recall the output of the discussion right now :s
