After installing, following dialog box is displayed: UI Element Inspector requires that the Accessibility API be enabled. Please "Enable access for assistive devices and try again".
The problem is that it opens up Opens up "Accessibility" instead of "Security & Privacy | Privacy | Accessibility"!

👍 wrong settings dialog for me as well (on Mavericks 10.9.5)

Works. Beautiful solution; ❤️ the screenshot, and the fact that I a restart is not required!
