Forward internal fluentd logs

Hello,

As many users I run into following issue - Fluentd logs is full of backslash and kibana doesn't show k8s pods logs - fluent/fluentd#2545
And I do exclude fluentd logs with FLUENT_CONTAINER_TAIL_EXCLUDE_PATH env variables.
That's said, I do want to forward fluentd internal logs in json to keep track of warning, do some qa etc.

I'm now seeking for good way to collect those logs and as a cherry on the cake have k8s metadata.
