Instrument Flux usage (at scale)

Hi Flux community 👋

We'd like to instrument the usage of Flux inside potentially very large clusters and across namespaces. We'd like to know things like: GitRepositories reconciled of a specific repository (or host) - same for other kinds, like OCI artifacts or Helm Charts.

I'm aware of the capabilities of the notification-controller - however, it lacks to setup Alerts over multiple namespaces which makes it not really suitable for very large clusters with lots of namespaces where we'd have to install a dedicated Provider and Alert for each one of those. I've also looked into custom metrics but that is not really giving us the information we are looking for.

Thus, my question: is there something I'm missing that would support to collect that information "at scale" ?
