Need to establish criteria by which some stories will be featured on the home page

new artists
complete stories
recently uploaded

Three or four featured stories should get a larger presentation, with blurb. This will mean having a feature-sized image.

It would be good to set up a queue of stories to feature over several weeks.

Initial implementation: using just the four most recent stories.
