Error in rule AberrantExpression_pipeline_OUTRIDER_Summary_R

Thanks for developing this tool.
i have running the aberrantexpression pipeline and the aberrantsplicing pipeline.
but found error in one of the rules (in the attached snakemake log).
i used the -k command to keep running. the run error again at the final 5 steps.
i saw your other issue before and also tried to set padjCutoff: 0.1.
but it still failed.
pls help to see whats wrong with it. many many thanks!

Hi, which dataset are you using? your own?
Can you run again each module separately using the --rerun-triggers mtime parameter? It should only execute the last missing steps. Can you then copy the errors of each module independently?
