[Offline] does not work on Android #5195

Samsung Galaxy S10, Android 10, Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

Download the 10x10 km square
Close the browser
Reopen the browser and go on map.geo.admin.ch

Result

page does not open --> error message "no internet connection"
using the shortcut on the home does not work either
can be reproduced on other phones, android versions, browsers

Workaround:

Go offline while map.geo.a.dmin.ch is already loaded in the browser
