SEMANTIC_APP_LIST should also allow ordering of models within apps. Currently, only orders apps

Edit: App list ordering documented in #54. Form fields and filters still require documentation

When this project was first released, someone requested a crispy template pack. Previously I contributed some code to acidjunk/crispy-forms-semanticUI-templates#8

Unfortunately, that, and all of the other Semantic UI crispy template packs seem to have stopped development. It's worth considering splitting the forms into another package.

Form fields and filters have been split into separate packages, and will be documented in their respective repos.
