Option to reorder fields in properties panel for a custom component

The properties of the custom components are displayed in an alphabetical order, which may not be ideal. It would be nice to optionally ask for a configuration file to indicate the order of properties.

Expected Behavior

Imported custom components must have an option of re-ordering its fields in the properties panel.

Current Behavior

The properties of custom component are displayed in alphabetical order.

Context

For example: Lets say a custom card with: Title, Content text and Button text. It would be nice to order these fields as per the display order (or order of importance). The current behavior is to order them alphabetically which would be Button text, Content text and Title.
