I have no idea what could be causing this error. Its only on linux in docker container.

neo-cli: ./db/dbformat.cc:16: uint64_t leveldb::PackSequenceAndType(uint64_t, ValueType): Assertion `seq <= kMaxSequenceNumber' failed.
