Add ability to watch specific pages in specific channels

Notify a single channel about an edit on a specific page.

Eg: if I edit /France , the notification goes to #France

I'd love a mechanism for individual Slack channels to "subscribe" to various sets of changes. For instance, #electronics could subscribe to "all changes to pages in Category:Electronics" and #management could subscribe to "all changes to Main_Page and Category:Official".

(I know the author isn't implementing new features at this time, I'm just tossing this idea here in case it helps inspire others working on features.)
