Undefined Entry Types

Some entry types, like incollection, misc and online, are still undefined. This makes items that use this entries appear in all caps stating only the entry type. (ex: 1. ONLINE)

It's a shame to see this critical issue unsolved, as this is about the only way to have the LNCS bibliography style using biblatex.

The problem can be worked around by either changing the type of the bibliography entry or modifying the drivers in the bbx file in order to have it print the same thing as some other existing type, but I cannot guarantee full compliance with the LNCS standard this way.
