Remove non-minified jQuery

I don't think we use this anywhere by default anymore. I doubt any significant portion of our users do either, especially since so many people rely on the Google CDN version anyway.

I agree completely. The people who use the development version have something to develop in it. A small effort to include that version instead of the minified version.

I like the nonmin version of files because it encourages users to use a build script, but in this case jQuery has the funky fallback scenario so special casing it is fine.

We decided earlier that we'd stick with .min.js for the newbs who werent going to change things...
