Problem

• semantic-release/npm with yarn workspace works on specific node version (build: fix node version to 16.15.0 #231)
• npm publishConfig does not override main, exports fields. (what we need fields) it only overrides configs.
  • but yarn and pnpm supports more field (https://yarnpkg.com/configuration/manifest/#publishConfig)
  • but yarn does not support exports field, i thinks we have to revert fix(package.json): edit main, exports and publishConfig to improve DX #228 (only exports field change)

Suggest

• use https://github.com/changesets/action (action for Changesets)
  • support yarn berry version: https://github.com/cometkim/changesets
