Autopush while Open

Hi! Love the plugin. Similar to #16 , I also have an issue with auto-push when hide,

I leave the app open without hiding it or while working, often. I guess in addition to 'min time between pushes', I request something like 'max time before autopush, even when open'.

Thank you. Maybe I will try to make a pr but I'm unsure I'll be able to.
