Describe the bug 描述你遇到的问题
希望可以象Legado 阅读一样，在切换书源时，可以直接搜索关键字（这样可以搜出已经更新出最新章节的源）并显示章节字数（这样可以知道哪些源是真正更新了该章内容的，那种只有几十个字百来个字的显然不合格）

以下是Legado阅读和reader相关界面的对比：
