async loading for directories

The video is being shown as corrupt and not playing; I assume it's showing how fzf streams filenames as they are found by rg/find etc instead of waiting for it to finish. If so there's some previous discussion here on speeding up the file picker (async streaming was suggested in the thread but it's not yet implemented): #1707.
