Using plugins with higlass-manage

Hi there,

I was wondering if it's possible to use some of the plugins, in particular, higlass-arcs with this tool? Could you advise on a way to import this package? I'm assuming this done through the shell functionality, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Neil, most plugins are already imported in the Docker container. For the arcs track, as long as you have a dataset with datatype bedlike (see https://docs.higlass.io/tutorial.html#adding-data for an example of how to add data) you should be able to load it as arcs:
