Amputee allowing players to duplicate items

Hello! First I want to thank you for your mod. It's wonderful.

Unfortunately I am here to report an issue we just found today on our server with your trait, amputee. A player was attempting to fill up a gas can but since he had amputee it would drop the item on the floor, but then dupe one into his inventory, which it did allow to fill up with gas.

Once I removed amputee from said player the duping stopped and he was able to fill up the container like normal.
