This could be a deliberate attempt by the developer to stop people from decompiling their app. There isn't much you can do about it, sorry.

Do you have an application by chance?

The first few chunks are hard-coded, since we need to read PACKAGE before the rest. However, you are expecting PACKAGE and getting LIBRARY. I've never seen an application have that.

So will need the application to investigate. I can re-open if that is provided.
