Explore: unable to reach dag-pb leaves

Regression in IPLD Explorer when opening:

It shows the parent dir instead of final DAG. Most likely needs upstream fix to https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/ipld-explorer-components

Some notes from ongoing spelunking (tbd if related to this):

• paths seem to be interpreted incorrectly by ipfs.dag.resolve|get APIs, requests made by http-client look weird:

• this seems to impact the way ipld explorer traverses the dag chunk-by-chunk by passing path and localResolve:true – the path is not handled correctly
