Problem with check URLs

I am getting a recurring error upon pull request at the check broken urls step. This is affecting both course repos I am currently working on:

So apparently the bug fix didn't fix everything. @howardbaek Do you want to add this to your list? Would be good for getting more familiar with OTTR.
