There is publicly available source for up-to-date GPS and QZSS ephemeris data in RINEX format at https://sys.qzss.go.jp/dod/en/archives/pnt.html.

Tool for converting RINEX epheresis data to u-blox8 MGA packets could work as poor man's assisted GPS solution.
