Autotype entry list: Provide reordering feature for the user

Summary

When a user can create entries in a list, then it should be possible to define the position in the list.
Currently i would have to delete entries and create them again in my wanted order - this is a poor usability.
So providing buttons to "Move Up" and "Move Down" a single entry in the list I see as a crucial functionality.
