New terminal tab is considered as a new window

Relative to the default macOS Terminal app

When I add a new tab, yabai resizes my terminal window.

Do you have any idea how I can fix this? I don't recall having this issue in the past.

This has been an issue for like 5years, see #68 -- TL;DR Apple APIs don't provide enough information.

I know it's not a fix, but have you considered using kitty as your default terminal? I know this issue is NOT present on kitty.

Indeed, I didn't have the issue before since I was using Warp, Alacrity and iTerm.

I wanted to use the out-of-the-box terminal. But it'll be for another time😉
