Can't instal Hydrolinks in R 3.6.1

Hi I just found out about the package, but when I try require("hydrolinks") in R, it says:
Loading required package: hydrolinks Warning message: In library(package, lib.loc = lib.loc, character.only = TRUE, logical.return = TRUE, : there is no package called ‘hydrolinks’

I am using R 3.6.1 with RStudio. Do you know how to get the package via another route?
