Format pretty-print applied inconsistently

When running node app.js -f Buildings/Templates -o json -d out some classes are translated with a pretty-print format (such as json/Buildings/Templates/AirHandlersFans/Components/ReliefReturnSection/Interfaces/PartialReliefReturnSection.json) whereas some others are not (such as json/Buildings/Templates/AirHandlersFans/Components/Controls/G36VAVMultiZone.json).
The expected behavior should be no pretty-print format for all classes when invoking m2j without the command line flag -p true.
