The department FB14 is usually sending reminders to every teacher. I think they told be that this is also simply a field at the evaluation data record within the evasys database, which could be set via webservice. I am not sure if we can/should implement setting this from the moodle side.

Look at the title of the issue ;)
Remind the teachers to sync the students, if they did not do so, yet.
