I have tried in a just installed Moodle 4.1.9+ (Build: 20240409) and MoodleOverflow v4.2-r4 (2023082500)

When the button for "Edit of insert picture" is pressed,

imagen

then appears a popup, but there it's not the "Browse repositories" button, like the one that appears in the "mod_forum" Moodle core activity to choose the picture.
Can this be implemented?
