Feature request: MIN number of members in a group

Hi,
I miss a "Min number" of members of a group.
Is it possible to implement such a feature? Or give me hint where to patch direct the code with a given "minnumber" to get group-sizes more than "minnumber".

Hey Bertold,
we already had some improvements of the choice sizes in mind. However, this would make changes of the algorithm necessary. I thought about a solution, where one could define three sizes for a choice. An minimum, optimum and maximum size, which are then considered in distribution. #40 tackles a similar problem.
Unfortunately, we are currently a bit over capacity for further functional enhancements of this plugin. Maybe we are able to get some enhancements for the next major release for Moodle 3.5.

thanks for your answer!
I think that this feature would solve a lot of problems to distribute students to a lot of facultative courses at a given day (Rank Choices - with only a few choices).
