New specificdate trigger does not run the day it was created

Currently, lasttimerun gets initialized with the date of today.
This way a new created workflow can never run today. We should rethink that.
Also a functionality could be added to allow resetting this date once run.
This could enable to run a workflow multiple times at the same date if something got wrong during the first run.
