Get to Monthly Periodic Note from Calendar (and dots)

First of all, great plugins. You have created the plugins I use the most. I can't thank you enough.

It would be great to be able to get to the monthly note (from your other periodic plugin) by clicking on the month title. On top of that, if we could show the amount of content next to the month name in the calendar (via the little dots) that would also be awesome.
