'Today' button not taking me to Today's note

Clicking on the 'Today' button will take me to the correct month, but it will not take me to the exact day as expected.

running version 1.5.10 of Calendar on Obsidian v0.11.5

Hi @ralfyrules, the "Today" button is just meant to be a navigation button for reseting the view to the current month (useful for when you're navigating around from month to month). Since this is a common point of confusion, the button is going to get a makeover in the next version.

For the functionality of opening today's note, you can use the Ribbon icon

or the command palette:
