moment.locale() override issue

It appears as if the Calendar locale override changes moment.locale() here resulting in a locale() value for other plugins that do not match the Obsidian language settings.

This is the source issue on the Excalidraw GitHub: zsviczian/obsidian-excalidraw-plugin#1364

It would be best to publish the Obsidian language setting on app.vault.config or somewhere else on the Obsidian API.
