Hey! It is possible to implement with gossipsub but can sometimes feel a little redundant depending on the actual use case. One way would be to have all the peers subscribed to a topic and have the message sent on the topic have a recipient identified and when its received, all the peers could reject the message except the actual recipient. The other options would be have each peer have its own specific topic that they would be subscribed to that they can accept messages at and all the peers could publish to that topic for that peer but the other peers would need to be connected to the recipient peer, and you still want to deal with the encryption side of the message if you do not wish for other peers to see the message. Depending on the nature of the message, signing it might be better. Ideally, it does sounds like you might want to look into using |

Thanks for highlighting it, I am not a hardened rust guy, still not easy to dig pretty much complex code, that's why I am willing to pay a bounty for a clean and minimal example. Google suggests I am not the one who is looking for a solution like this. |

Currently there is out of the box features to broadcast messages (via gossip) and request/response functionality. In my app I need to send a message to a specified peer (many peers to one) without a reply or ack. So it must be like gossip just dedicated to one peer, not a broadcast.
Is it possible to implement it? I would like to pay in crypto for a working minimal example (Behaviour, swarm setup, etc) which could be added to examples directory from which whole project will benefit.
