[Bug] 导入配置后，语言选项不生效

默认设置语言是跟随系统，在我电脑上是英文。
导入了配置文件后（配置文件为中文）。设置选项里确实是显示选中中文了，但是界面仍然是英文的。
需要重新改成其他语言再改成中文，才能变成中文。
